Zinn ships products worldwide.

Our shop ships products via international delivery directly from overseas manufacturers (Latvia, USA) to whom we outsource production.

Shipping origin: Overseas (partner warehouse) → After arrival in Japan: Handed over to Japan Post for domestic delivery.

Due to international shipping, including customs procedures, it takes approximately two weeks for delivery from the time of shipment. If there are delays in procedures or transport, it may take around three weeks.

We carefully and reliably deliver each and every order, so please look forward to receiving your items.

If you wish to track your package, please send a DM on Instagram with your order number, the name you entered when placing the order, and a request for tracking.

At Zinn, all products are carefully inspected before shipping.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

However, if the delivered product is damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly, or if the product does not arrive within two months of your order, we will provide a full refund.

If the product is damaged or defective, please attach a photo showing the defect within 7 days of receiving the product.
